You must contact the supplier who sold the goods to you and request their return. They will give you the instructions for the correct return and, if it is through one of the convenience points of our GLS Parcel Shop network, you will receive an email with a QR code. With this code, you can return your order at any collection point on our extensive network in Portugal.
Remember that the order must be protected and fully packaged, including your name and address on the order.
