Thanks to our shipping locator, you can track the entire status of your order at any time online. If you are unable to receive your order on the scheduled day, we have several flexible delivery options so you can choose the one that is most convenient for you.

Our Customer Service

We have a Customer Service team responsible for managing all questions that reach us from the recipients. You can contact us by phone or through one of our forms. This service is free and available from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. If you have any questions outside these hours, send us an email or fill out one of our forms and we will respond as soon as possible.

Notification card

On the notification card left for you by the GLS delivery agent after the first delivery attempt, you will find the Track ID. You can use this Track ID to check the available delivery options and select one accordingly.

Redirect a delivery

If you are unable to receive your order at home, you can request delivery on another day or choose a collection point from our ParcelShop GLS network. More than 240 ParcelShops are available throughout the country.

I was not at home, how can I receive my order?

If our distributor does not find you at home, you can ask a neighbor to receive the order for you or leave your order at the nearest ParcelShop so that you can pick it up when you want during 10 working days after the day of delivery. If delivery to the neighbor or collection point cannot be made, the distributor will make a second delivery attempt. In addition, our distributor will leave a Notification card in your mailbox with your order information. In this Notification card, you will find the shipping number / track ID to be able to locate your order.
