Yes, it is very important that you do it! At GLS we place updated store data on our website using the ParcelShops search engine. GLS recipients or customers can consult your store’s data and have access to the store’s opening hours.

It is also very important that you let us know when your business closes for holidays, so that we can stop receiving orders a few days before they close and so that GLS recipients and customers have up-to-date information.

I want to return an order I received through GLS. How can I do it?2021-05-04T20:04:52+00:00

You must contact the supplier who sold the goods to you and request their return. They will give you the instructions for the correct return and, if it is through one of the convenience points of our GLS ParcelShop network, you will receive an email with a QR code. With this code, you can return your order at any collection point on our extensive network in Portugal.

Remember that the order must be protected and fully packaged, including your name and address on the order.

I have to pick up an order at a ParcelShop GLS but I can’t go. How can I do it?2021-05-04T20:04:29+00:00

In order for another person to receive an order on your behalf, you must complete authorization and deliver it to the person you authorize to collect your order, along with a photocopy of your ID / Passport. With these documents, we will deliver the order to the authorized person at the selected GLS ParcelShop collection point.
